Touchstone by Paspaley

On Wednesday night, I had the delight of attending the Touchstone by Paspaley event at Stokehouse City: a cocktail party to celebrate Paspaley's latest collection.
The night included an array of all things beautiful; from food and drink to the display of the most precious pearls. I use the word 'precious', as it was the main theme for the night. In fact, situated in the middle of the room was a type writer, which gave individuals the possibility to write what is most precious to them. This was then projected onto a screen in the front of the room, giving everyone the chance to celebrate all things precious in life- from family and friends, to lazy Sundays.

Such functions give one the chance to dress up and have some fun. Seeing as I have recently been inundated with homework and exam preparation, I thought it would be the perfect time to escape my little white desk, and make the most of the moment.

As you all know, I love the world of fashion and therefore given the occasion to formally dress up, I decided to wear a navy blue dress by Lover the label, with patent nude shoes. I wore my hair styled in a bun done by my amazing hairdresser, and opted for a simple makeup look, making use of a bright pink Napoleon lipstick.

I had a beautiful night with some amazing people, and am grateful for the opportunity I had to attend this launch and experience the recently developed Stokehouse City, as well as the new Paspaley range- which, I must say is absolutely stunning.

Thank you again Paspaley for a great night,

Chelsea Elizabeth xx

Jasper and Eve!

As I am sure you all know by now, I love to shop. That is why, when I heard about Jasper and Eve, I had to have a look for myself.

Simple. Elegant. Eco- friendly. These are three words that characterise the products found in the new Jasper and Eve boutique.

To celebrate their launch, I have decided to share with you five of my favourite Jasper and Eve products that are on my current wish list:

1. Hello Lover Cushion $50

2. Cross Blanket- Reversible- Black & White $98

3. Baroque Grandelier- Wood $290

4. Jaye Niemi- Grapefruit & Jojoba Scented Candle $34

5. Gloh Vessel- Pink $193 (All four)

What I love the most? Not only do Jasper and Eve support Australian made and designed products, but they also donate $1 from every purchase to Cambodia WTL- a missional organisation that supports the poverty stricken in Cambodia.

To celebrate their launch, Jasper and Eve are giving away a dot painting by Jennifer & Smith worth $45! To enter follow the link: http://www.jasperandeve.com.au/pages/promos

Saturday Afternoon Studying

This Tuesday I will have my first exam and to say I am nervous is an understatement. It will be an Italian oral examination, meaning that I have to speak to two examiners in Italian for 15 minutes. The first 7 minutes will be about my personal world; family, friends, studying and future aspirations. The 8 minutes following is a discussion about drugs and the youth of today. I thought I would let you guys know that because of this, I may not be around in the blogging world for the next few days, but please feel free to leave a comment or tweet me on any future blog posts you would like to see! Also, I would like to thank you all for helping me reach 5,000 views this week. To think I started this blog not so long ago and have encountered so many views, and so many lovely comments makes me so happy and grateful to have such amazing readers!

All the best,

Chelsea Elizabeth xx
